Spectrum advances hollow fiber TFF for gentle and efficient cell separations by offering CellFlo
Plus modules with a variety of convenient connection options. Plus Connections provide a multitude of system
connection combinations that simplify both the initial system set up as well as the replacement of Spectrum's
disposable membranes, saving valuable time and reducing the risk of contamination. CellFlo Plus modules
are available in the same sizes and surface areas as Spectrum's popular CellFlo pilot scale and lab scale
modules with the same high quality and disposable pricing. All CellFlo Plus membrane use 1 mm ID hollow
fiber membrane to reduce shear stress with a pore rating of 0,2 µm
or 0,5 µm. CellFlo Plus can either be autoclaved or purchased irradiated (irr).

| Cell Perfusion for Laboratory |

Ideal for cell perfusion of 500 mL to 100 liters, the narrower lab scale CellFlo Plus modules
are available in the 3 inlet/outlet port options: 1-1/2" TC sanitary, 3/4" TC sanitary or 1/2" hose barb. All three types have 1/2" hose barb filtrate ports.

| Cell Perfusion for Production |

Ideal for volumes from 3 to 1.000 liters, the larger pilot scale CellFlo Plus modules are
available with the option of 1-1/2" TC sanitary, 1/2" hose barb or 3/4" hose barb inlet/outlet ports and
1-1/2" TC sanitary, 1/2" straight or 3/8" hose barb filtrate ports. A threaded nut and gasket is used to secure the inlet/outlet end-cap in place.
